Refund policy
COVID-19 Update: During this time we will not accept any exchanges or returns.
Normal policy:
Full refunds within 7 days provided the merchandise is unused, you may request to exchange any item within 7 calendar days after you receive the merchandise. Used products will not be authorized for exchange. Exchanges will be shipped to you in accordance with our normal shipping schedule (see "Shipping" section below).
An "In-Store Credit" (it never expires) will be issued to you for any authorized Return. You may use the credit for any future purchase from adivanaturals.com. No Exchanges will be accepted without our advance authorization. The product must be returned in the original product packaging, and packed in a separate shipping box or container.
